Stoneform: Removes all poison, disease, curse, magic, and bleed effects and reduces all physical damage taken by 10% for 8 sec.

GnomeChanges:

Arcane Resistance: Reduces Arcane damage taken by 1%.
Engineering Specialization: Engineering skill increased by 15.
Escape Artist: Escape the effects of any immobilization or movement speed reduction effect.
Expansive Mind: Maximum resource increased by 5%.
Nimble Fingers: Haste increased by 1%.

HumanChanges:

Diplomacy: Reputation gains increased by 10%.
Will to Survive: Removes all movement impairing effects and all effects which cause loss of control of your character. This effect shares a cooldown with other similar effects.
The Human Spirit: Versatility increased by 100 (scales with level).

DraeneiChanges:

Gift of the Naaru: Heals the target for 20% of the caster's total health over 5 sec.
Gemcutting: Jewelcrafting skill increased by 10.
Heroic Presence: Increases your Strength, Agility, and Intellect by 65 (scales with level).
Shadow Resistance: Reduces Shadow damage taken by 1%.

WorgenChanges:

Aberration: Reduces Shadow and Nature damage taken by 1%.
Altered Form: Enables Worgens to switch between human and Worgan forms
Darkflight: Activates your true form, increasing current movement speed by an additional 40% for 10 sec.
Flayer: Skinning skill increased by 15 and allows you to skin faster.
Running Wild: Drop to all fours to run as fast as a wild animal.
Two Forms: Turn into your currently inactive form.
Viciousness: Increases critical strike chance by 1%.

PandarenChanges:

Bouncy: You take half falling damage.
Epicurean: Your love of food allows you to receive 100% more of the stats from Well Fed effects.
Gourmand: Your Cooking skill is increased by 15.
Inner Peace: You earn twice as much rested experience.
Quaking Palm: Strikes the target with lightning speed, incapacitating them for 4 sec, and turns off your attack.

Night ElfChanges:

Nature Resistance: Reduces Nature damage taken by 1%.
Wisp Spirit: Transform into a wisp upon death, increasing speed by 75%.
Quickness: Increases your chance to dodge melee and ranged attacks by 2%, and your movement speed by 2%.
Shadowmeld: Activate to slip into the shadows, reducing the chance for enemies to detect your presence. Lasts until cancelled or upon moving. Any threat is restored versus enemies still in combat upon cancellation of this effect.
Touch of Elune: Increases your Haste by 1% during the night.Increases your Critical Strike by 1% during the day.

HordeTrollChanges:

Regeneration: Health regeneration rate increased by 10%. 10% of total Health regeneration may continue during combat.
Beast Slaying: Experience gains from killing Beasts increased by 20%.
Berserking: Increases your haste by 15% for 10 sec.
Da Voodoo Shuffle: Reduces the duration of all movement impairing effects by 15%. Trolls be flippin' out mon!

UndeadChanges:

Cannibalize: When activated, regenerates 7% of total health and mana every 2 sec for 10 sec. Only works on Humanoid or Undead corpses within 5 yds. Any movement, action, or damage taken while Cannibalizing will cancel the effect.
Shadow Resistance: Reduces Shadow damage taken by 1%.
Touch of the Grave: Your attacks and damaging spells have a chance to drain the target, dealing 1932 to 2244 Shadow damage and healing you for the same amount.
Will of the Forsaken: Removes any Charm, Fear and Sleep effect. This effect shares a 30 sec cooldown with other similar effects.

Blood ElfChanges:

Arcane Torrent: Silence all enemies within 8 yards for 2 sec and restores 3% of your Mana, 15 energy, 15 rage, 15 focus, 1 Holy Power, 1 Chi, or 20 runic power. Non-player victim spellcasting is also interrupted for 3 sec.
Arcane Acuity: Increases critical strike chance by 1%.
Arcane Affinity: Enchanting skill increased by 10.
Arcane Resistance: Reduces Arcane damage taken by 1%.

GoblinChanges:

Time is Money: Cash in on a 1% increase to haste.
Best Deals Anywhere: Always receive the best possible gold discount, regardless of faction.
Better Living Through Chemistry: Alchemy skill increased by 15.
Pack Hobgoblin: Calls in your friend, Gobber, allowing you bank access for 1 min.
Rocket Barrage: Launches your belt rockets at an enemy, dealing (1 + Level * 2) fire damage.
Rocket Jump: Activates your rocket belt to jump forward. Other effects which slow the rate of falling cannot be used within 10 sec after using this ability.

TaurenChanges:

Brawn: Critical strike bonus damage and healing increased by 2%.
Cultivation: Herbalism skill increased by 15 and you gather herbs faster than normal herbalists.
Endurance: Increases your Stamina by 197 (scales with level).
Nature Resistance: Reduces Nature damage taken by 1%.
War Stomp: Stuns up to 5 enemies within 8 yds for 2 sec.

OrcChanges:

Blood Fury: Increases melee and ranged attack power or spell power, based on spec, for 15 seconds.
Hardiness: Duration of Stun effects reduced by an additional 10%.
Command: Damage dealt by pets increased by 1%.

We're making some significant changes to the proc coefficients on Mastery: Gust of Mists, for each heal. These are, on average, massive buffs to the proc rate.

Only horde has racial CC (Tauren, Blood Elf).
Only horde has direct DPS increases (Orc).
Only horde has direct Health increases (Tauren).
Only horde has a ranged attack (Goblin)
Both factions have a movement buff (Goblin/Worgen).
Both factions have indirect DPS increases.
Both factions have CC mitigation.
Both factions have damage resistance.
Only Alliance has a DOT mitigation (Dwarf).
Only Alliance has a stealth ability (Elf).

But here's the interesting part;
While Undead get the health stealing ability and Draenei get a self-heal, Trolls get a pretty awesome 10% passive regen in combat. No buttons to push, no cooldown, no question of it proccing - always there and always on.

The real kicker is that (as far as I remember from the changes in WoD) Blood Elves now possess one of only two mana regeneration abilities. Innervate, Telluric Currents, Manatide Totem and Hymn of Hope have all been removed (unless that has been reversed) so as far as I can tell there is only Shadowfiend and Arcane Torrent left. (I'm not including Mana Gems because they are on the same CD as mana potions I believe).

Given the amount of CC and incidental CC that has been removed for WoD (e.g. Charge no longer stuns) I think that the racial CC is going to make an enormous difference in PvP and obviously this is going to favor Horde.Comment by 1347217NE racials are just not logical for raiding. Which will it be and is it for sure server time bound and not in game bound?Comment by EuruganEvery Man for Himself isn't getting changed because it shares a CD with the PVP CC break trinkets. Trigger the trinket, EMFH is on CD for 2 min, trigger EMFH, trinket is on cd for 2 min. They both have a 2 min CD and trigger one another. The "strength" of EMFH is that you get a second damage trinket for PVP instead of a CC break trinket.

The problem, if you nerf EMFH by making its CD longer, humans will take the trinket instead, and its ignored completely in PVP, if you make it only affect certain CC's, you have to make it on a separate CD from the trinket (IE making it a copy of Will of the Forsaken, stone form, or escape artist).

If you nerf the stat racial, the one that gives versatility, then humans would be weaker than any other race for PVE but closer to being "sufficiently nerfed" in PVP.

Blizzard just doesn't seem interested in making EMFH a separate CD but limited effect trinket, and isn't interested in making the racial ignored for PVP for favor of a trinket.Comment by Nynaeve"Enables Worgens to switch between human and Worgan forms"

EMFH shares a full 2 min lockout with PvP trinket.
WotF only shares a 30 sec CD with similar effects.
In effect humans get a free PvP trinket, and Undead can either use WotF on a 3min cd, or use it and a PvP trinket, in the same 3 min CD rotation.
Pretty well balances out, IMO.
But I only PvP when force-flagged by smart heals or some griefing idiot on Timeless, so I don't really care..

And with all of the other changes to CC coming, I expect this will probably be a much less significant change than it may seem.Comment by DrougenFirst off before I state anything, these changes don't balance anything out like they stated they were trying to do... all it did was give more versatility for what classes mesh with which race for the alliance only and gave them unique and helpful racials.

Almost all the alliance races got buffed
The only Horde races that got buffed are tauren and blood elf while the rest got nerfed. Blood elves are still terrible for a caster class (in most cases) and all alliance races got a similar stat buff, yet only a few horde races did.

Ugh these changes are so pathetic, besides being unbalanced faction wise it didn't balance anything out at all. Players are still forced to play races that mesh with their class for Horde at least. Everyone who wants to be high end is never going to roll blood elves, goblins, tauren, pandaren, or troll.
