One of the new belts in 5.2.

This belt is a set of ilv 476 belts that require Honored with the new factions.

You may ask, why are they only ilv 476? As you can see by the sell price, these items require Rep but do not cost any Valor or Justice points. They are bought for gold.

That being said, I assume this hub can be started without any 5.0/5.1 daily hub requirements, as these belts seem to be a way for fresh level 90 alts to jump-start their ilvs to get into 5.0/5.1 LFR and speed up progression.
