Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle sells this mount for 500 x Bloody Coin.

To acquire Bloody Coin you must acquire the Censer of Eternal Agony for 1000 x Timeless Coin from Speaker Gulan.

Then you must use the item which will flag you for PvP, take away 90% of your health and allow you to kill players of both the Alliance and Horde! When you kill players in this state, you are granted Bloody Coin. You can only use this item on the Timeless Isle.

Note: An easier way to do get this mount is to use the Fire-Watcher's Oath which can be bought from the same vendor and it only costs 100 x Timeless Coin which gives a 100% chance for a Bloody Coin per killing blow in PvP and this can be used outside the Timeless Isle as long as you're in PvP combat. You can easily farm coins now from battlegrounds.

In case you're wondering, if you use the new flex raid set, you will have more offensive status / defensive than the new pvp set(tested =( )

Unless blizz fix Wpvp, dont even bother grinding a pvp set to get this one, it will not worth.

Just a trick i found... if you have a shaman friend who has the glyph to get four totems, you can just spam kill their totems to farm coins.

The only people I've seen with this mount are Feral Druids and Rogues.
Stealth is way too good for farming those bloody coins.

Really makes me upset, because the second Timeless Isle becomes outdated, it will be impossible to get this mount.

Finally got this mount with my PvE geared hunter from a PvE realm a few days ago.

At first, i just turned Track Humanoids on and was running in circles around the Isle in hopes of meeting a random guy, who has pvp turned on for whatever reason. Obviously, it didn't go very well and the process was happening way too slow.

Then, i've tried to join a blood coin farming group via Oqueue, but it didn't go much better - yeah, you're on a PvP server and kills are happening at a faster pace, but the chance of you delivering a killing blow is very little.

Then, i did something that most of you would consider a jerkish move, but at that time i didn't really see other options. Yeah, i was trying to force people to PvP. Was standing on their mobs and rares while riding a Grand Expedition Yak. My actions didn't block the access to the said mobs and rares, but they've brought a possibility of a random missclick, which some people were falling for.
However, i was trying not to annoy people too much - if i failed to make someone go PvP after standing on one or two mobs of theirs, i was usually moving on to find a different target. The only exception was when someone started to /spit on me or talk crap from the very beginning. In that case, i felt they deserve a little more attention.
All in all, things started to get better this way, but for obvious reasons i was receiving a lot of hate from people. Some even started to gather into small groups for the sole purpose of camping me.

Then, i decided to try out a different tactic, which proved to be the most efficient. I've started to join the world boss groups via Oqueue (for the purpose of getting into a PvP realm), and, while the raid was gathering and then doing its thing, i was doing my own thing. In most cases, the raid didn't notice me and even if it did, people didn't really care. Sometimes i was getting lucky - after the raid is over and the group disbanded, some people were going offline instead of leaving the group, so i was able to stay on a PvP realm for as long as i wanted.

So, my advice to those who reside on PvE realms, want to solo farm coins, and is looking for the most efficient way to do it - either find a friend who has an alt on a PvP realm or, if that's not an option, start joining the world boss groups like i did.

The mount of a thousand thousand tears. Earning this mount on a PVE server and to a lesser extent PVP servers will earn you not only this beauty of a mount but the ire of many. /1 Will fill with hate as you prey upon the hapless players you will defeat on your way to glory.

Ugly mount. 500 coins and only got it because I'm an achievement ^&*!@. Will never use. Anyone who pretends this mount is pleasing to the eye has no other mount worth riding.

(Edit) coins are no longer nerfed. they have been buffed in a way that makes everyone happy.

The censer and the oath.
The censer is now a 1h cooldown but has otherwise remained unchanged. The oath can now be used anywhere but ONLY on the opposing faction. (Unless you are on the isle and using both items- then it will work on your faction.)
UPDATE! the drop chance has been hotfixed to 100% and has no real cd. thank god.

Obtaining and cost updates
You can get all bloody coin related items from a vendor up on a hill just past huolon’s spawn point. The censer cost 1k timeless coins and the oath now cost 100 timeless coins. No other items have been adjusted in price.

Farming: where are your gods now?
Sadly healers have the short end of the stick right now. blizz is considering changing the farm to better include healers and balance things for everyone but I would not hold your breath.
UPDATE! the oath now has a 100% drop! this is now the best way to farm. go do some bgs or just spawn camp a friend y the gy.

Pve realm vrs pvp realm:
Some of us are just peaceful mount farmers who made our homes of pve severs. This will now come back to bite us. You can play really dirty if you want and stand in front of mobs and trick melee into hitting you but this is both slow and rude. I would instead highly recommend you ask a friend to invite you to a pvp server. Don’t have a pvp friend? Go to a low/medium pop pvp server on a level one (you may want to avoid high pop servers since they tend to have really good gear) and just ask around in trade for someone who is willing to invite your main to the server. Once you are in the group they can log out and let you do your thing. I bribed someone with a few battle pets and went from getting about 4 coins an hour on a pve server to about 20-30 coins on a pvp server.

Factions: to kill or not to kill
You can kill both factions but that doesn’t mean you should. It’s up to you to decide what perks and troubles you want to live with. If you kill both factions you get double the coins and double the angry players hunting you down. Big risk, big rewards. If you only kill the opposing faction you can sometimes seek assistance from other players at the cost of potential coins from your own faction’s poorly geared players. Make a macro saying something like “I am only killing ally, I’m not killing horde! Don’t kill me!” to spam in dire situations. be vocal and regularly alert newcomers to the island that you are only farming one faction and would appreciate being left alone, explaining how long the cooldown on your censer is. Help out your faction if they are in a tight spot and show them you are friendly. This will help make it a little safer for you to recuperate by the flight path.
Also don’t be afraid to just…you know…ASK players if they wouldn’t mind giving you a free kill. Some of them are really friendly.

So pretty much the best way i found to do this is by using the Fire-Watcher's Oath which is now a 100% drop on bloody coins. I'm a 579 balance druid and what i do is get the Chi'ji buff from the shrines around the isle Chi-Ji's Hope which puts me at 71% crit, and if you know how a boomy works that means i can just spam starsurges for days. Next i try to get a shell from the blue crabs along the shore. Scuttler's Shell This shell makes it so things pretty much don't aggro you unless you run into them. Meaning you can kill people in the celestial courts without worry of guards attacking you, and if you're lucky the guards will help you out in killing people if they attack you while near the guards lol. It's pretty fun, just get buffs from the isle and mess with people, i farmed for about 4 hours and had 250 coins so it works pretty well. Now keep in mind, i can chain starsurges that are hitting people for around 200k which is about 2-5 starsurges and someone is dead. This is going to be different for a lot of classes but i think the Chi'ji buff makes or breaks this strat, so just make certain you get it and you will own people. Don't forget to use items from the isle as well, you can get 5% stats from fruit that lies in the trees and such, 30% mount speed from the cranes dropped feather item, also use book of ages, the dew, and the crystals that drop from the mobs around the isle. There is also a mist from the elemental dudes over by where the ship spawns that will make you "go into the shadows for 10 seconds" which can help as a vanish if you get stuck in a tight situation. But all in all, these items should help in your endeavor to acquire this mount. Good luck and i hope i was able to help you out.

Just use Fire-watchers Oath and do random BGs. This item has a 10 minute cooldown should you die in the BG. It also has a 100% droo rate on the coins. You have to get the killing blow though so if you are a pet class you might wanna spec as a petless warlock or survival or MM as a hunter so you aren't doing so much of your dps with your pet. Def don't go demo as a lock as all the impa will steal your kills a lot.

There are two items that allow you to obtain Bloody Coins, as outlined below:

Censer of Eternal Agony - Obtained from Speaker Gulan for 1000 Timeless Coin

This item grants a 1 hour debuff that CANNOT be cancelled unless you a) Die or b) Leave the Timeless Isle.
The debuff allows you to kill members of both your own AND the the opposite faction while on the Timeless Isle, and collect Bloody Coin.
With this debuff, you are hostile to your own faction, the opposite faction, celestial court guards, and flight masters (including your own). As such they can all attack you.
Activating this item maintains your current form and race, but makes you translucent and red in colour.
When used, this item does damage to you equal to 90% of you maximum health. It does NOT change your maximum health - it just means you have to heal up the initial damage taken. This also means that if you are below 90% health, it will instantly kill you.
This item can only be used on the Timeless Isle.
Only killing blows grant Bloody Coins.
Bloody Coins are granted only when killing players level 90 and up.
The item has a 1 hour cooldown.
You do not gain or lose any reputation while the debuff is active.
Targets killed while the Censer of Eternal Agony debuff is active gain the Sacrificed to Ordos debuff, preventing anyone with Censer of Eternal Agony debuff or Fire-Watcher's Oath buff from getting a Bloody Coin from killing them for 10 minutes.
This debuff does not stack with the buff from Fire-Watcher's Oath, and whichever of these items is used later will overwrite the other.

Fire-Watcher's Oath - Obtained from Speaker Gulan for 100 Timeless Coin

This item grants a 10 minute buff that CAN be cancelled.
With this buff, you will be able to obtain Bloody Coin when killing members of the opposite faction ONLY.
The buff is lost upon death.
Activating this item changes your appearance to that of an Ordon Firewatcher, and makes you translucent and red in colour.
This item can be used anywhere in the world, including raid and dungeon instances, and in battlegrounds.
Only killing blows grant Bloody Coins.
Bloody Coins are granted only when killing players level 90 and up.
The item has a 10 minute cooldown.
Logging out will freeze the duration of the buff with it's current duration, but the cooldown on the item will continue to countdown while logged out.
The item can be used while mounted, without dismounting you.
Targets usually can be killed repeatedly, as the Sacrificed to Ordos debuff is only applied inconsistently, and not on every kill. In many instances you can obtain a Bloody Coin on multiple kills of the same person.
This buff does not stack with the debuff from Censer of Eternal Agony, and whichever of these items is used later will overwrite the other.

The achievements associated with collecting Bloody Coins are:

Candlekeeper for 10 Bloody Coin
Oathguard for 100 Bloody Coin
Blazebinder for 500 Bloody Coin
Kilnmaster for 1000 Bloody Coin
Fire-Watcher for 2000 Bloody Coin (which grants the title "Fire-watcher")

As a brewmaster/windwalker monk I have found the best way for me to get Bloody Coins would be to just go to ashran with Fire-Watcher's Oath and Scroll of Touch of Fatality. In Ashran you can get honor gear really quick as well as some conquest gear. I prefer brewmaster as it takes a lot more to bring you down. With the scroll you are guaranteed a killing blow with touch of death.

How to get the ashhide mushan beast using 2 players:
1. Go to timeless and ride to the top of the road where players down Houlon. Look along the cliff on the coast to find the npc named Speaker Gulan.
Buy Fire-Watcher's Oath from him. This item costs 100 regular timeless coins. Do not get the one that costs 1000 coins. If you do, then you will have to do the work on timeless.The oath is cheaper and will allow the work to be done anywhere in panda land.
2. Find a graveyard where you and your friend will not be disturbed. Your friend has to be the opposite faction from your toon. Only works with horde/ally on a pve server. The friend that is the target dummy needs to be at a 0 gear level. Make sure the target dummy friend puts their gear in the bank, not just in bags. I have found that gear takes damage in bags.
3. Turn on PVP
4. Use the oath
5 Kill 500 times for the cost of the mount
6. 100 times will allow the player to buy the v. porcupette battle pet.
7. Achievements at 10, 100, 500, 1000, 2000 kills
Note for the target dummy player: once you are dead, just use the rez fairy
over and over. Keep an eye on the other player as they often forget about the 10 min timer on the oath. They only get bloody coins if they have the disguise on.

Received mine today. Actually legion and Prestige system made grinding this on BG pretty good after all.

Farmed same time with Talon's vengeance faction. Didnt took too long to reach 500. Also 15 honor so able to unlock all appearences also for Ashbringer :)

I completed Talon's Vengeance rep probably the craziest, most expensive way: solo, killing my own army of alts. It's more chill than PVP of which I'm not really a fan, and I had a full server of toons from trying and failing X-45 Heartbreaker attempts. I did it in combination with grinding Bloody Coins for the Ashhide Mushan Beast from Timeless Isle, and scoring a Recruit-a-Friend mount. Total I’m spending 11 WoW Token, getting three mounts, and doing it over week so that I don’t go insane.

The expenses were the following:

$60 Current expansion for Recruit-a-Friend. The characters you are killing must give honor or exp which means leveled close to your toon doing the killing, nd you can’t log into max level toons on lowbie accounts.
$35 x 2 Character account transfer, 1 each, to and from the RAF account, $70 total. The 110 boost from the RAF account can be applied to your main account, so one more toon to kill.
$15 x 2 months sub on the RAF account to qualify for the mount, $30

Location
I chose to do my self-slaughtering in the Falcosaur area of Highmountain. The Felbane came is nearby with an innkeeper so I could hearth back quickly, and it’s pretty out of the way. Stormheim’s falcosaurs may be further out of the way but the flightpath seems further.

Items
To get Marks of Prey and Bloody Coins you need to use Fire-Watcher's Oath and Ivory Talon. Fire Watchers Oath does not give a timed debuff; it may have at one time, but it doesn’t now. As of 7.3.5 Ivory Talon still gives the 10m Hunted debuff which only wears of if that character stays logged in for 10 minutes. I have found two actions that clear the buff: killing a raid boss, and 2 kills in a normal dungeon. Specifically I was doing Stonecore on normal trying futilely for the mount from there. Killing the first boss didn’t clear but buff, but the second boss did. No idea why.

I tended to kill alts 2 or three times before switching toons. The first time I got a Mark of Prey and a Coin, the next 2 I just got coins. A third kill causes a resurrection timer, so switching toons was a better use of time than waiting.

TL;DR: Cost is $160 to do it the way I did it, takes 2 accounts, gets you 3 mounts, requires no PVP against other players, takes about a week if you play too much.

HOW TO FARM Bloody Coins EFFICIENTLY

TIME REQUIRED:

For Vengeful Porcupette (Can be bought in AH) you have to spend 50 MINUTES.
For Reins of the Ashhide Mushan Beast you have to spend 4 HOURS 10 MINUTES.
For BOTH you have to spend 5 HOURS.
For the last achievement Fire-Watcher you have to spend 16 HOURS 40 MINUTES.

In other words, you earn 19-20xBloody Coins for every Fire-Watcher's Oath that you use on a 10 minutes session (see below)

All you need is a friend AND an opposite faction (110+) character.(On your friend's account)

There are three cases:

A) Your friend has a 110+ oppossite faction character into the same realm (or connected realms) as you.
B) Your friend has a 110+ opoossite faction character in a random realm (not the same).
C) Your friend hasn't any 110+ oppossite faction character.

What to do in any case:

A) Nothing, this is the best case. Skip to the next paragraph
B) Create a level 1 opposite faction character into your realm and make a group with your friend's Character. This allows your friend's character to be able to 'see' characters of your own realm.
C) Ask from your friend to create a 110 class trial oppossite faction character into your realm.

STEPS:

1) Set both characters to same warmode setting. (Preferable Warmode OFF)*
2) Bring both characters to Timeless Isle**
3) Buy on your character 1 Fire-Watcher's Oath from Speaker Gulan (/way 75 45)***
4) Bring both characters to a quiet graveyard in the zone. (I preffered /way 39 34 but /way 65 48 is also a quiet one.)
5) Remove ALL gear from your friend's character
6) Enable PvP in both characters (if WM OFF)
7) Use Fire-Watcher's Oath on your character
8) Kill your friend's character
9) Release spirit on your friend's character****
10) Wait for resurection (30 seconds rotation)
11) Repeat/spam kills. Just make sure to refresh your Fire-Watcher's Oath buff when expired (10 minutes).

*Warmode OFF is more efficient because other players will not see your characters on 'red' and they most likely don't bother attacking you unless they enable their PvP.
**This can be done also in other zones with a (30-sec rotation) Spirit Healer but Timeless Isle is a quiet place to do it.
***Yes, you can use the toy Censer of Eternal Agony instead of Fire-Watcher's Oath but that grants a 10-min debuff Sacrificed to Ordos to your friend's player preventing you to obtain Bloody Coin by killing him. This makes the procedure 20 TIMES SLOWER.
****There is no reason to create a macro to your friend's character for 'release spirit' because you have to wait the 30-sec ressurect rotation soever. If you feel you need it anyway then here it is /run RepopMe()

Yes it got nerfed! Both toys cause the target to have a 10 debuff that prevents them from dropping coins. We tested with different level players and warmode on/off. The result was always the same.

Still works. I am literally doing it right now. You just need a friend with a char from the opposite faction (trial characters work!) and you are good to go. I use a mage and I am standing +20 meters away from the char that I am killing. I am doing it on the timeless isle at a graveyard/respawn spot.

If you PvP at all, this is easy to get, but might take a while (depending on how much you pvp). Just use Fire-Watcher's Oath whenever you are about to enter PvP and eventually you will get enough coins (you get 1 coin per killing blow). It requires no extra effort, just remember to activate the toy as often as possible. Good luck!

I don't know since when, but the previously used resurrection macro no longer works, making this grind a lot longer.

Also, since I hadn't seen it mentioned before; if you're in a party while killing your friends, you will not drop a coin.

Currently as of 4/19/2024 Patch 10.2.6 this is how I farmed the coins.

Note: I did this on an RP Realm with WM OFF and PvP enabled

Like previous comments, do not use the toy Censer of Eternal Agony as I've noticed it will give a debuff to the feeder account and you cannot get Bloody Coin for 10min. Just continuously use Fire-Watcher's Oath which you can refresh every 10min.
I had both characters opposite faction, Collector Account was Horde and Feeder was Alliance and there's a reason I did it this way, since I was trying to also get Spineclaw Crab Spineclaw Crab Battle pet from Monstrous Spineclaw Monstrous Spineclaw

Setup:

Main PC with Account that will be collecting Bloody Coin. Any Range class should do, I had a Hunter - Horde)
Laptop next to me (second account, for my case it was my brothers) with Alliance trial character, that will be the feeder with all armor off.
Will need to purchase Fire-Watcher's Oath for x100 Timeless Coin from Speaker Gulan
Macro to "Release Spirit" on the Feeder account that will be continuously dying:

All up to preference and what works for you, but I had the above macro Keybind to "+" Numb Pad key, on the laptop, which made it so I never touched the mouse on the Feeder account.

Macro on the main Collector account to attack the Feeder account, Ancient Spineclaw, and Monstrous Spineclaw (Remove quotation marks

/tar "Name of your character being killed"
/cast "Whatever spell/ability works for you at 20-40yd range"

The location I practically never moved from with collector account was: /way 26.27, 74.16

You should be looking at the Tushui Sentry on the rock looking at the sea, have 1 spineclaw spawn to your back and 2 to your left, and the Feeder account respawn point to your right.

Make sure both characters are PvP enabled or in Warmode ON, pop on a movie or YouTube and pretty much from here:

Make sure Fire-Watcher's Oath buff is always active on the character that's collecting
Kill Feeder character (eventually respawn is 25 seconds if you are killing consistently)
"Release spirit" macro
kill spineclaw's and don't forget to occasionally turn your camera around for the one behind you
rinse repeat
